What to Expect at Your Appointment

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early for your appointment, if possible. You can also fill out your needed intake paperwork through our online portal.

We will check you in at the front desk and verify your information and insurance. We will also answer any questions you may have. We may have some paperwork for you if it hasn’t already been completed.

Next, the doctor will see you and start the exam!
